12×12 does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
Your saved references and collections are stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data lives in your private iCloud database: we (the developer) have no access to it, ever.
To show album covers and metadata, the app sends search queries directly from your device to:
These requests contain only the search terms and standard technical information (such as IP address) inherent to any internet request. 12×12 adds no identifiers of its own.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information.
